How fast are the Cosmo-X and Cosmo-S? 

The Cosmo S and Cosmo X have a top speed of 17 mph.

What is the range of the Cosmo-X and Cosmo-S? How long does the battery last?

The Cosmo-X and Cosmo-S have a range of 45 miles pending on the weight and usage conditions (weather, temperature, etc.) of the user.

Are there any weight or height restrictions?

The Cosmo-X and Cosmo-S have a maximum weight capacity of 350 lbs and can comfortably seat people between the heights of 5’0” - 6’7”.

Is this the same as your existing scooter?

The Cosmo-X and Cosmo-S have the same specifications as our current fleet of Cosmos, with improvements to provide a better experience for a personally-owned vehicle. 

The Cosmo-S is equipped with an enhanced locking and unlocking system to provide a private scooter experience for the owner.

The Cosmo-X provides the same enhancements while also being made to order. You’ll be able to design your Cosmo-X with a selection of colors and accessories.

How much does a Veo Cosmo weigh?

The Cosmo-X and Cosmo-S have a total weight of 94 lbs (83 lb frame & 11 lb battery) before additional accessories.

Can I ride a Veo scooter with a passenger?

The Veo Cosmo-S and Cosmo-X are not designed to accommodate more than one rider. Riding with a passenger is unsafe because it can throw off the weight distribution and affect the scooter's performance.

Does Veo provide test rides?

Absolutely! Veo Cosmo S is available for testing in markets where our Cosmo vehicles currently operate. We’ll also have scheduled test ride events available soon. To view a map of our current markets please visit

Can I lock the scooter?

The Cosmo-X and Cosmo-S use the Veo app to lock and unlock the vehicle. Additional physical locks are also available for purchase in the Veo Shop.

Can I bring my Veo scooter to your service center for repairs?

Our Service Centers only work on Warranty Repairs at this time; an appointment is required prior to drop-off. Please contact our Customer Service team to begin your Warranty Repair process and to schedule your Warranty Repair Appointment. Appointments are subject to availability. 

Can I get replacement parts for the Cosmo?

Based on the warranty and issue, some replacement parts are available during the warranty period. After the warranty period, some parts may be available for purchase. 


Do I pay for shipping?

The shipping rate varies by product. Please refer to the product page to confirm rates.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time Cosmo-X and Cosmo-S scooters are only being shipped within the Contiguous United States (48 contiguous states excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and other US territories).

When will I get the scooter?

The Cosmo-X is a made-to-order vehicle with a turnaround time of around 3 months. The Cosmo-S is ready to go and will be ready to ship by the end of September.

How can I buy one of your scooters?

Cosmo-X and Cosmo-S scooters are available for sale in the Veo app, or at Simply download the app and go to the Veo Shop to get started!

How can I track my shipment status?

Once your order is placed you will receive a receipt via email along with a tracking link to find the status of your shipment

What is your return/cancellation policy?

All information regarding returns or cancellations can be found on our refund policy page.

How do I start a return?

All returned non-customized scooter orders must be in the following conditions in order to be considered for return

  • Proof of unopened items will need to be verified with photos and submitted to 
  • Unopened & unused product: For non-customized scooters, the package remains unopened and the product inside is never used nor ridden in any manner.
  • For non-customized scooters, returns should be in the original packaging with all necessary components in the original box.
  • For non-customized scooters, all accessory pieces remain intact, including manuals, chargers, and any other additional pieces included in the box.
  • Veo is not responsible for the shipping cost of the package returned by the customers themselves. Buyer should pay for the cost of initial & return shipping as well as a 15% restocking fee. (Note that shipping can be expensive due to the bulky and heavy package of an e-scooter)
  • We will process your refund in 5 business days after inspecting, confirming, and approving your returned product.

If the product is not in acceptable condition as outlined above, Veo will not grant a refund and return the product back to you. If there is evidence of riding, we will not accept your return.
