Payment Plan Terms

The Payment Plan Feature allows users to pay a portion of a product’s final sales price at the time of purchasing and pay the remainder of the final sales price in a month. The Payment Plan Feature is available to users for selected products when they pay with certain Payment Methods.

If you purchase with the Payment Plan Feature, the Veo Shopify Platform will notify you of the amount and schedule of each payment due. On the second payment due date, Veo Payments will automatically charge the original Payment Method you used to make the purchase. Gift Cards and credits cannot be used for the second payment.

You authorize Veo Payments to collect all amounts due from you pursuant to these Payment Plan Terms by charging the Payment Method used to make the product purchase or otherwise as permitted pursuant to the Payments Terms. You agree that by selecting the Payment Plan Feature, you may not be able to pay for the product with a different Payment Method or pursuant to a different payment schedule.

If Veo Payments is unable to collect any payment pursuant to these Payment Plan Terms, you authorize Veo to cancel pre-order of Cosmo-S or the production of Cosmo-X on your behalf. If the order is canceled, you may be refunded based on the Veo’s Cancellation and Refund policy. You acknowledge that you may incur fees for cancellations pursuant to Veo’s Cancellation and Return Policy.

You will not be charged any additional fees for using the Payment Plan Feature.
